Remove my personal data
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to erase the personal details we hold about you. Use this form and we'll action it.
What gets removed, and what doesn't
Removed: your name, phone number and email — from our customer records and from every order you have placed. Receipt links to those orders stop working.
Kept: the sale itself — what was bought, for how much, and when. Malaysian tax and accounting law requires us to retain transaction records, and those records are also what our vendors are paid from. After your request, those orders exist with no personal details attached to them.
